   1 personally before seeing the dark knight i never really paid attention to heath ledger.understand i did know of him[brokeback mountain;10 things i hate about you].but i never paid attention to him.then after hearing about his tragic death i started paying closer attention to him.me being the person that i am [naivee] at times.i read about him in people magazine.im not really one who’s big on the whole gossip thing but the news brought attention onto him.after the long awaited release of the dark knight [in theaters]i went an saw it. TWICE in the same week.every second he was on the screen i had a huge smile on my face.i had fallin in love with his character.to see a man so dedicated to that role nearly brought tears to my eyes…seriously personally i believe that movie was THE BEST movie ive seen EVER.i’m entitled to my own opinion so for those who dont agree its whatever.but im heartbroken behind the fact that he isnt around to see how EVERYONE had reacted to his role in the film.i cant wait for the movie to come out on DVD i might even buy two just because i know that im going to watch it so much ill have so many scratches on it. i’d like to wish his family the best of luck in these hard times.and to let them know they are in my prayers. also i HOPE! he’s nominated an he wins(: Reply to this comment.

   2 I always held Jack Nicholson as THE actor who could portray the most sinister characters I’d seen on screen. I can now say without equivocation that Heath became the most sinister character I’ve ever seen on screen. Yes, I said, and believe, he ‘became’ the role. His performance is Brokeback Mountain was simply stellar and his final sentence in that movie was absolutely tear-jerking. I have appreciated the work of many actors & actresses over the years (I’m 62) and some remain high on my list of favorites (Dustin Hoffman among them) but Heath has no peers to date.
