   6 I loved Heath Ledger. He was so awesome in Batman, they could’nt of picked a better actor to play that part. I cant even begin to imagine anyone else as the joker. My heart goes out to his family and he will surely be missed. He was an actor ta ken before his time and at the top of his career. We will all miss you may you rest in peace…… Reply to this comment.

   7 It is so sad for everybody lost a great actor like Heath Ledger. He could made so many many great films with his unique performance. He is one of the best actors I have seen in all my life (43 yo) I saw the film Batman Dark Night. It was the first time I didn´t know who was the Joker. “Oh my God, this actor is fantastic!” The actor is so fantastic in his performance that he made us forget Heath Ledger and just remember his character - the Joker. Sorry Jack Nicholson, but you as a Joker, was a joke. Heath Ledger knows how to act! Reply to this comment.

   8 Dear Heath, I watched the Oscars last night and although I knew you were going to win, I couldn’t help getting emotional when it was finally announced and like most people at the award and probably watching, I was in tears. I love you so much and I am so happy that your family celebrated in your name and that Matilda will be having the Oscar statutte in your memory. R.I.P. Reply to this comment.

   9 Here in Brazil we have the carnival, famous around the world. But I was happy not becaouse thos, I was happy with the Oscar win by Heath. I love his performances and have some DVD´s. I love you all! Keep the faith! Heath have one heart in Rio de Janeiro. Reply to this comment.

    12 I really felt like he was going to win, not because he’s dead, but because he did such an amazing job. I can’t even describe how blown away I am by his performance. I could watch The Dark Knight everyday [I pretty much do] and never get tired of it. I was sitting on the couch on Oscar night, waiting for the award for Best Supporting Actor, I was nervous! HaHa, I knew he had to win. I was about to cry as the guy[sorry don't know who he was]was talking about Heath’s amazing performance. When they finally announced it, that was it, I was crying! I doubt I’ll ever be impressed with another performance after seeing Heath as the Joker. He just leaves me speachless. I wish so much he was alive to accept all of his awards. Reply to this comment.

    14 Desde México, lo que lograste en tu último papel es inquietante, siempre te hiciste notar y Heath “The JOker” un personaje de verdad abrumador, es tuyo y es de verdad impresionante; pero aún más la intensidad que lograste, cuando supe que serías el nuevo Joker, dudé que superaras lo logrado por los villanos anteriores, pero sin lugar a dudas, lograste al mejor villano, no por tu partida, sino por todas las demás cosas.     17 Unfortunately I knew Heath after his death. But I read much information about him and I guess I know him 100 years. I really cried when I watched ceremony “Golden Globe” and when I saw how cried Angelina Jolie, Bread Pitt, Tom Cruise and all people in a hall. I’m so sorry! I don’t belive that he is dead. It’s not honesty…he just became a star, he did’n see his triumph in the “Dark Knight”. I’m affended. But…I don’t know hpw to say it in English that’s why I’ll say it in Russian:Смерть выбирает лучших! Я хочу сказать от лица всех русских (возьму на себя такую смелость) что многие из нас очень любят Хита и восхищаются его талантом и очень тяжело говорить, но он реально был отличным человеком и погиб он от душевной боли.     19 I miss you heath, 5 jahre ist es her seit ich dich in “Ritter aus Leidenschaft” das erste mal sah. Und ab diesen Zeitpunkt wusste ich dass du groß raus kommen wirst! Doch leider musstest du uns in der blüte deines lebens verlassen. Viele Bücher und alle Filme habe ich von dir, und ich denke fast jeden Tag an dich. Du warst ein super Schauspieler und das (finde zumindest ich) in all deinen filmen, nicht nur in batman.     22 On Oscar night, I stayed up past my bed time, just to wait and watch Heath win the Ocsar. I knew he would all along because of his AMAZING performance in The Dark Knight. He took the portrait of the Joker to a whole new level. Once they called his name I immediatly jumped up and ran around my house screaming “YAY! HE WON!!” And while Kim, Sally, and Kate were giving their own speaches about Heath, my eyes were filled with tears. Since I’m at such a young age, sadly, I had never heard of Heath before his tragic death, but after I saw The Dark Knight in theaters I fell in love with the movie because of the Joker. On January 22nd, 2009, I went on my computer and the first thing that popped up was “Star’s Tragic Death Just One Year Ago.” So I started to search things about Heath. I found out a lot about him, everyone loved him, he had this personality that I had never seen before. I now watch Heath’s older films, (10 Things I Hate About You, A Knights Tale, etc.) and I am EXTREMLY excited to watch Heath’s final film, The Imaginarium Of Doctor Parnassus. His death was unexpected, traggic, and never should have happened. It was like someone knocked the wind out of you, or pulled the floor out from under your feet. Heath will always be remembed, never forgotten, and he will be cherished for the rest of my life. Rest In Peace Heathcliff Andrew Ledger ♥ Reply to this comment.
